At Touchstone Home Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed shipping instructions for your home products.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
